Do I need experience to join?
No. We work with all levels — from complete beginners to competitive athletes. Every program starts with a movement assessment so we understand exactly where you are.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I miss a class?
Group classes on the Performance and Elite tiers can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Movement performance coaching sessions require 48 hours notice to reschedule.
Is there a commitment period?
No long-term contracts. All memberships are month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime with 30 days notice.
What is the movement assessment?
A 40-minute session where we evaluate your mobility, movement patterns, strength baselines, and coordination. It forms the foundation of your training plan.
